Published listing rules

Rule RR-000002, version 1

Relevance · weight 30%: 1 when your search words are in the provider's name or a listing title, 0.5 when they are only in a listing description or the service name, 0 without a search.
Coverage of the place · weight 25%: 1 when a listing covers the port or country you chose, or when no place is chosen; 0.5 when it covers the whole country of the port.
Response rate · weight 20%: Share of requests the provider answered and quoted in time over the last 90 days; 0 until enough requests are measured.
Profile completeness · weight 15%: Share of profile elements present: services, coverage, licences, insurance, languages, rate card and photos.
Verification · weight 10%: 1 for a provider whose business is verified (KYB). Only verified providers are listed.
