Tomato paste concentrated from fresh tomatoes by cold-break process, soluble solids 28 to 30 percent Brix, Bostwick 4 to 7 cm, colour a/b at least 2.0, Howard mould count at most 40 percent. No added salt or preservatives. Aseptically filled in bags inside 220 L steel drums. Shelf life 24 months.
